Placing an order
All of our prices are including VAT. You can easily place an order by adding the products to your cart and proceeding to check-out. During check-out you can check the products you have added and make any relevant changes. Next, you can choose your payment method of preference. Payments are processed by Mollie Payments. After your payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation.
Currently we ship within the EU only.
Shipment within the Netherlands and to Germany is free of charge for orders over €45. The shipment cost for smaller orders are €4,95.
The shipment costs to other countries within the EU are:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republik, Denmark, Hungary, France, Luxemburg, Poland, Spain and United Kingdom.
Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
We strive to ship your package one working day after we have received your payment. If you live in the Netherlands or Germany you can expect to receive your package within 3-5 working days. Please note that because of the current situation regarding COVID-19, postal services take longer to process packages. Therefore we currently can not guarantee exact delivery times for shipments to other countries.
If you are not happy with your order, please let us know within 14 days after receiving your product by sending an e-mail to email@example.com with ‘refund [order number]’ in the subject box. We will provide you with instructions and arrange a refund for you in the same payment method you used to place your order. Products must be returned in their original state and sent back in the same packaging and/or box they were delivered in.
If you received a damaged product, let us know within 7 days after you received your package by sending a description of the damages and a picture of the damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org.
